well the brain is connected to the brainstem which controls about everything in your body including your heart it makes it pump blood and oxcygen but if your blood doesn't get oxcygen you will die or probably get really sick so i would say NO!!! actually you can live without a brain, infact there is a baby who only has a brain stem and is living up to 2 years old, although he cant hear see smell or do anything hes basically a vegtibale type on youtube Nicholas Coke... this is the younge baby who has lived for 2 years with only a brain stem.
